Women's & Men's Health Physiotherapy

Strengthen your pelvic floor and improve well-being with Restore’s physiotherapists in Kew.

Regain your confidence and lifestyle

Pelvic pain and bladder weakness are common among many men and women in Australia. However, issues with incontinence and prolapse are often not talked about, making it difficult for patients to seek treatment.

Physiotherapy strengthens the pelvic muscles that support the bladder and uterus, making it a successful treatment for individuals with pelvic issues. At Restore Physiotherapy, we offer comprehensive and compassionate physiotherapy for women’s health and men's health. Our team collaborates with referring GPs, gynaecologists, obstetricians, urologists, dermo-gynaecologists, and colorectal surgeons to provide you with the best care possible.

Internal musculoskeletal assessments for men are not always necessary. However, we do perform an initial assessment through physical tests or, if necessary, with a real-time ultrasound. All assessments are done with discretion, professionalism, and sensitivity, and we always make sure that our patients are fully informed during the process.

Yes, chronic pelvic conditions can be managed in discussion with referring GPs, urologists, colorectal surgeons, and pain specialists as needed.
