Stabilise your body with Restore’s Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates program.
Falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospitalisations among individuals above 65 years. Recovering from a fall is a lengthy process, which is why prevention is always better than cure.
Our physiotherapy program for falls prevention starts by identifying your physical limitations in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, and addressing these limitations with tailored exercise programs. At Restore, we believe that early prevention is key to recovering your balance and confidence. Our staff combines expert training with empathy to help you avoid falls and improve your overall well-being.
If you’ve had a fall and would like to prevent it from happening again, our experienced physiotherapists can assess your condition and recommend the right exercise program.

Clinical Pilates is an exercise program that improves your balance, mobility, and strength. If you’ve suffered from a fall or would like to prevent one, it’s a great way to get moving again, develop your confidence, and get back to enjoying the things you love.
At Restore, our Clinical Pilates sessions focus on posture control and stability, helping you improve your body awareness and coordination. Designed and supervised by our experienced physiotherapist, these sessions are conducted in small groups (3:1) or individually (1:1), ensuring you get the most attention and benefit from your session.
Almost all of our patients record a measurable improvement in their strength and confidence after just 12 weeks of balance exercise Pilates classes. Our sessions are designed to help you get back your mobility in a caring and safe environment.

Frequently asked questions
Our physiotherapists provide tailored exercise programs that include graduated resistance exercises, utilising our specialised clinical pilates equipment. You will also be exposed to a variety of balance-enhancing exercises that challenge your reactions and coordination in a safe environment.
Many of our clients typically begin with one-on-one, supervised classes. This will give you the best chance of improvement and allow us to refine your exercises, which will help your confidence! When (and if) it’s appropriate, we then encourage you to progress to small supervised group classes.
Our team tailors a personal approach to all physiotherapy for falls prevention programs, whether at our clinic or in your home. We offer home visits, make recommendations on how to improve your home spaces, and provide exercises that you can do at home.
