Experience the benefits of clinical pilates and physiotherapy with Restore’s 1-to-1 and small group clinical pilates program.
At Restore, we build long-term musculoskeletal resilience to support your recovery journey through combined physiotherapy and clinical pilates programs.
Our physiotherapists provide hands-on treatment to relieve pain and address acute symptoms, alongside a personalised rehabilitation plan. Clinical pilates then builds on this foundation, guiding you through targeted exercises that restore control, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
During physio, one of the key challenges is maintaining proper technique with home exercises. Our clinical rehab pilates sessions provide one-on-one support from our physiotherapists, enabling you to perform these physio-led movements safely and effectively.

Yes. Once your pain and acute symptoms are under control through manual therapy and early-stage rehab, our clinical pilates sessions allow us to safely and gradually load the body in a controlled environment.
Unlike unsupervised gym programs, clinical pilates uses movement-based recovery guided by physiotherapists. For example, a patient recovering from discogenic back pain may need hands-on care initially, but they also need supervised core and glute strengthening. Pilates allows us to guide you through this process carefully, ensuring muscles like the lower abdominals are activated correctly.
Each Clinical Exercise session is 30 minutes and is run by a qualified physiotherapist. In these sessions, we guide you through your tailored exercise program, adjust the equipment to the correct resistance (springs or weights), and ensure you perform each movement safely and effectively. Sessions may include using the reformer, trapeze, and mat-based work.
Absolutely! We regularly communicate with GPs, surgeons, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, personal trainers, and other allied health professionals. We also have a sports doctor on-site, and often consult with them to make sure our clients are receiving comprehensive care.
If you're already working with another practitioner, we’re happy to liaise with them. And if we believe you’d benefit from another specialist’s input, we’ll refer you to someone we trust.
Clinical pilates is a long-term solution for building resilience and preventing injury recurrence. While some clients transition to home exercise programs, many continue with ongoing group clinical pilates as part of their strengthening routine.
In fact, many of our clients have been with us since the clinic opened. Going for regular pilates with our physios helps them reset and feel better quickly.
